SACP Gauteng province welcomes the ANC's own investigation into election related violent conduct in Tshwane

The SACP Gauteng province welcomes the announcement by the ANC Tshwane Region that alongside the ongoing police investigation, it will setup its own task team to investigate the local government election related violence in the recent weeks.

The SACP is looking forward to the release of the report in two weeks time as announced by the Tshwane regional secretary Comrade Paul Mojapelo.

Our party avails itself to cooperation with the ANC investigation, without compromising our independence.
