Dr Blade Nzimande`s election visit to the Western Cape

As part of our contribution to the ANC election effort , Dr Blade Nzimande
(SACP General Secretary) will be visiting the Western Cape Province to address
public meetings and meet with workers and youth/students to encourage them to
vote for the ANC on the 2nd June. This visit is part of worker trails he has
been having in other provinces, mainly talking to workers about our views on the
coming elections and the state of the country.

PROGRAMME FOR THE VISIT

Saturday, 22 May 1999.

11H00 : Address SACCAWU Regional Congress.

13H30: Address ANC Youth League election rally at Khayelitsha stadium.

He will be back again in the Province on Tuesday.

Tuesday, 25 May 1999.

19H00: Address the COSATU Western Cape Shopstewards Council.

Wednesday, 26 May 1999.

9H30-10h30: Interview at CSIR, Venue V225.

13H00-14H00: Address a mass meeting at Stellenbosch University.
