Message of support from the Palestinian Peoples Party to the Comrade Secretary General Of SACP

Comrades in SACP Leadership Delegates of the 13th Congress

On behalf of the Palestinian Peoples party, we send our congratulations to the SACP and the people in South Africa, on the occasion of assembling the 13th congress of your party. This congress will be held in a very critical conditions on the international level and in the African continent whereas more challenges and threats are facing the developing countries by the Imperial forces. Social and economical crises is getting wider and deeper in the Capitalist System. The methods and policies of New Liberalism are falling down. Tension, arms` race, regional wars and internal wars are the tools that are used by Imperialism to bypass its complicated predicament. In your five years program you are suggesting a way out of this situation and how to advance a post capitalist alternative mainly in South Africa.

We support the SACP key strategic approach to advancing the struggle through a national democratic revolution as the most direct road to Socialism in Your Country.

We are certain that your congress will tackle the main challenges you confront, in transforming your economy from its dependant-development growth path to a new developmental path that is job creating and that is capable of addressing your people`s social needs.

We are certain also that your congress will succeed in formalizing more specific program and action plan and organizational agenda.

Our Party is looking forward to see more achievements in your struggle and to learn from your experience. We highly appreciate your solidarity with Palestine and the Palestinian People. It will be very useful to us that your congress declares a solidarity call with the Palestinian cause mainly the Palestinian bid to recognize the Palestinian independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967 in the united nations.

We send you again our deep regards and congratulations and wish your congress all the success. Our two fraternal parties are struggling on the same path of struggle and we will keep on consolidating our comradely relations.
