Congratulation Message from the Communist Party of Vietnam to the 13th Congress of the South African Communist Party (SACP) On the occasion of the 13th Congress of the South African Communist Party, we would like to send to Congress and through the Congress, to all members of the Party and people of South Africa warm congratulations.
