on behalf of the Pdci (Party of Italian Communists) we address to the delegates gathered in these days at the University of Zululand our best wishes for the success of their 13rd Congress of the Sacp. The history of your Country is the proof that tenacity and justice can triumph and win and that Communists can be propulsive engine of these processes.
South Africa`s role has been fundamental as today as yesterday for the progressive and communist movements worldwide: yesterday with the tough battle against Apartheid and racial isolation; today with the concrete assertion of the possibility that worldwide there might be a new balance, which is different from the US unipolarism afoot of wars, injustices and depredations.
Dear Comrades, we look with great interest at your experience, especially at work that you are carrying on together with the other Brics Countries in favor of a more equitable redistribution of Earth wealth, we consider it a valuable work rich of suggestions for the near future.
In this context we esteem the positions of balance and at the same time of firmness against the attempts to impose through old wars policies of power and exploitation (yesterday in Libya today in Syria).
But for the Italian people, and especially for the Italian Communists, South Africa means above all rebirth of a continent and fight against new colonialisms and old imperialisms.
Therefore it is with great affection that we will take part to your Congress, sure to get also in this occasion the spirit of unity and struggle that has always characterized you among the world communist movement.

Communiste d`Afrique du Sud (PCAS)
Chers Camarades,
Au nom de notre Parti, ACTUS/prpe nous vous adressons nos militantes, fraternelles communistes salutations
à l`occasion de la tenue du 13ème congrès du parti Communiste d`Afrique du Sud (PCAS).
Ce 11 juillet 2012 marquera une étape supplémentaire dans la lutte pour l`instauration de la justice sociale, le
socialisme et pour l`approfondissement de l`éradication de résidus de l`apartheid. En effet, il y a bientôt 91 ans
que naquit le PCAS, qui à la lumière du marxisme-léninisme menait le combat contre le système capitaliste et
ses multinationales qui pillaient les richesses du pays, exploitaient la majorité de la population noire
autochtone en instaurant la ségrégation raciale odieuse en l`occurrence l`apartheid.
Nous tenons ici à rendre un vibrant hommage à tous les Camarades du PCAS, tombés héroïquement sur le
champ de bataille. Ces derniers ont su briser la barrière de la couleur de la peau au nom de la lutte
commune pour le socialisme. Nos pensées vont particulièrement aux deux héros non seulement de votre parti
mais de toute l`Afrique combattante : il s "agit des camarades Joe Slovo et Chris Hani, symboles de la lutte
anti apartheid et du combat pour le socialisme. Ces deux Camarades marqueront à jamais la mémoire de la
longue lutte des communistes africains contre la domination impérialiste occidentale de notre continent.
