On behalf of the Central Committee of Syrian Communist Party, We deliver you the warmest comradely greetings in occasion of holding the 13th congress of your party between July 11 to July 15, 2012, and we wish you success in it
Our party appreciates highly your honorable tradition struggle because you always were expressing truly the aims of your people for freedom and independence as well as you have been the honest representatives of the interests of your country`s working people , who aim to build the society of social justice, socialist society
Syrian Communist Party is struggling intensively with all patriotic forces in our country with the Syrian people mass against the Imperialist and Zionist plans and conspiracies that the Arabic reactionary regimes and imperialist allied countries in our region is participating in it, these plans aim to put our region totally under the imperialist and Zionist hegemony
Our homeland is facing an aggressive attack of imperialist forces and its allies that its target is to destroy the resistance way of Syria by supporting the organized terrorist operation that targeting the infrastructure, public establishments and assassinating the elite of technical and scientist cadres, in addition to targeting the innocent people including old people, women and children
But we are confident that our people will win in his patriotic battle and we confirm our slogan "Syria will not kneel down"
Again we wish you success in your Congress and in your struggle for achieving the interests of working people in South Africa
