The central Committee of All-Union Communist party (bolshevicks) sends to you, dear comrades, and in your person – to all communists and revolutionaries of Southern Africa – hot greetings and the warmest congratulations on the 90 anniversary of formation of your party!
History of your party – history of unshakable struggle for interests of proletariat and the working people of Southern Africa. Your party has brought the huge contribution to liquidation of a mode of an apartheid. In present conditions your party continues struggle for a genuine democracy and a socialism.
We express confidence that relations between our parties, based on principles of Marxism-Leninism and proletarian internationalism, will get stronger and develop.
