Comrade Charles, was a full time Central Committee and Political Bureau Member of our Party at the time of his passing.

He dedicated his entire life to serving the masses of our people, both during the struggle years and post the 1994 Democratic Breakthrough.

Oom Charles, as he was affectionately known was a reliable servant of the people, a volunteer of the movement par excellence and the embodiment of a fully developed cadre of our revolutionary alliance until his last hour.
