12 December 2016
The South African Communist Party (SACP) in the Eastern Cape has learnt with great sense of shock and sadness the passing of Comrade Sinethemba Cingo. He passed away on the 11 December 2016 after an accident on the way from the Young Communist League of South Africa (YCLSA) National Council, which he attended as the branch delegate of Che Guevara Branch from O.R Tambo District.
We convey our sincere heartfelt condolences to Cde Cingo`s family and his loved ones. We can only imagine the pain they are going through. We share their pain and sorrow, may they find strength to go through this difficult moment.
We would also like to convey our message of condolences to our YCLSA in the province for having lost an activist in the line of revolutionary duty. The YCLSA should draw strength from this sad moment and work tirelessly to achieve that which Cde Sinethemba Cingo has committed himself in achieving for the youth of this country.
May his soul rest in peace. The SACP says "Hamba kahle qhawe lamaqhawe".
