Condolences to Gigaba family, friends and the church

3 December 2014

The South African Communist Party (SACP) sends its deepest condolences to Comrade Malusi Gigaba, African National Congress National Executive Committee Member and Minister of Home affairs for the loss of his father, Reverend Jabulani Gigaba as well as to the rest of the Gigaba family, friends and the church. Reverend Gigaba, who served as an Anglican priest, passed on Monday 1 December 2014.

The SACP wishes to say to the Gigaba family, friends and to the church: "You are not alone during this difficult time of your grief. Reverend Gigaba dedicated his life serving the people; the SACP and the larger community he served are indeed with you, and feel and share the loss that you have suffered". In memory of Reverend Gigaba, let us together build and pioneer the spirit of service to the people in general and those in need in particular, the workers and the poor.
