SACP CC reiterates its call after court ruling involving SABC Chairperson

The South African Communist Party welcomes with enthusiasm the Western Cape High Court ruling dismissing the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) board chairperson, Ms Ellen Tshabalala`s application. Tshabalala brought the application against Parliament holding an enquiry into an allegation that she lied about having qualifications from the University of South Africa (Unisa) which played a considerable role leading to her appointed.
The SACP says Tshabalala must stop wasting time: produce the qualifications or quit with immediate effect!
