The South African Communist Party notes today`s Supreme Court of Appeals ruling on the so-called spy tapes. We are looking forward to this matter coming to an end.
We are, however, concerned that the complainant, an opposition party, is hell-bent in discrediting the democratically elected government by pursuing a political agenda in the name of justice.
