The South African Communist Party (SACP) General Secretary, Dr. Blade Nzimande is to give a Keynote Address at the 16th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers´ Stakeholders Forum. The conference is held under the theme: Access to Quality Education. The conference will be attended by Education Ministers from all the commonwealth countries, and the Stakeholders Forum will sit parallel to the Ministers´ Sessions, representing all major education stakeholder organizations, including teachers, students, academics, education NGOs, etc.
