Tomorrow, Sunday, 28 March 2004, the Young Communist League (YCL) will hold a national elections rally to launch its elections message and call to young South Africans. The YCL is actively mobilising young people to vote for the ANC as the only political party, in parliament, which can listen to and address their needs.
The rally will be held as follows:
Date - Sunday, 28 March 2004
Venue - Khutsong Stadium, Carletonville, West Rand District in Gauteng Province
Time - 10:30 to 13:00

The rally will be followed by a number of activities including the Red Youth Offensive from 29 March 2004 to 08 April 2004.
Through its elections message and campaign, the YCL is calling on all young people to ensure that each and every one of their voices counts by voting for the ANC on 14 April 2004.
