As the SACP, we remember Hani as a fighter against poverty and job losses. In 1992, Hani led the SACP to launch the Health-Housing-Hunger Campaign. Through this campaign, Hani was making a contribution to improving the living conditions of all our people. During this period, Hani said “Socialism is not about big concepts… It is about safe drinking water… health care… a life of dignity”.
