The Passing Away and Funeral details of Blade Nzimande's Brother Mxolisi Nzimande

The South African Communist Party (SACP) mourns the passing away of Mxolisi Nzimande, the younger brother of the SACP General Secretary, Blade Nzimande.

The 38 year old Mxolisi passed away on Monday, 14 May at the Johannesburg General Hospital, having been admitted the day before, after a short illness.

Mxolisi worked as an Afrikaans and History teacher at the Sithabile Secondary School (formerly known as the Goqokazi High School) in Inanda township, Durban. He was also the Head of the Afrikaans Department at the school. He was an active member of the South African Democratic Teacher's Union (SADTU).
