The General Secretary of the South African Communist Party (SACP), Blade Nzimande, will cast his vote for the second democratic local government elections at 09h00 on 05 December 2000 at Emmarentia Primary School, Umgeni Road, Emmarentia, Johannesburg.
Together with him will be the Minister of Environmental Affairs, Cde. Valli Moosa.
After this (from 10h00 to 13h00), Cdes. Nzimande and Moosa will visit several polling stations in Soweto (Chiawelo, Diepkloof, Dobsonville and Dube).
