The Central Committee (CC) of the South African Communist Party will hold its last meeting of 1999 on 4-5th December in Johanesburg. The CC will deal with, amongst other items, a political overview of 1999 and the state of workers' struggle, the SACP Programme of Action for the year 2000 and preparation of the SACP's positions for the upcoming Alliance Summit.
Following the CC meeeting, a press conference will be held on Sunday 5th December on the 10th Floor of COSATU House (No.1 Leyds St, Braamfontein, JHB) starting at 13h30.
