Janusz Walus' application to be released on parole based on "exceptional circumstances" dismissed with costs

The North Gauteng High Court today delivered judgement dismissing Janusz Walus' application to be released from prison based on "exceptional circumstances" without appeal processes against his parole first exhausted. Walus claimed that he would suffer irreparable harm if he was not released.
